Current graduates have an abundance of technological knowledge. The can do linear programming problems, develop solutions using neural network and others. Technically they are solid, but most lack the interpersonal and social skills necessary to improve which is essential in order to develop people skill especially when they are out there working.
Interpersonal communication is the process by which people exchange information, feelings, and meaning through verbal and non-verbal messages: it is face-to-face communication. Interpersonal communication is not just about what is actually said - the language used - but how it is said and the non-verbal messages sent through tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures and body language.
The following tasks is designed based on this concept.
Outcome:
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1.0 Demonstrate social skills when maintaining interactions in the workplace (A3)
3.0 Display positive values and attitudes during professional interaction in the workplace (A5)

- Google research article on the sub topics
- Identify the steps/stages for each sub topic
- List down all the steps/stages for each of the sub topic.

🤩Part 2
- Choose any movies/drama
- List down the steps/ stages that you identified in the movie/drama
- Screenshot the scenes that you choose
- Provide example (excerpts from the movie) for each of the steps that you identified
- Cite the movie
